Buying, selling, or renting property involves more than just finding a listing. You need banks for financing, insurance for protection, utilities to set up, and sometimes moving services to get you there.
Our new Real Estate Directory brings together curated links covering every aspect of the property journey in Estonia.
What's included
The directory covers 19 categories, including real estate portals like KV.ee and City24, major agencies like Uus Maa and Domus Kinnisvara, all Estonian banks offering home loans, and government registries like the Land Board and Building Registry.
We've also added practical categories that other directories often miss: insurance companies, utility providers (electricity, water, internet), moving services, property management firms, cleaning services, and even real estate photography.
Search and filter
The directory includes search functionality to find resources by name or description. You can also filter by category to quickly find what you need — whether that's comparing home loan offers or finding a moving company.
