Terms of use

1.1. Definitions

• Web portal: the web service provided through the kvhub.ee domain where real estate market data is published.
• User: any person or company using the services provided in the Web portal, whether registered or not.

1.2. Purpose

• These terms of use govern the use of the Web portal and apply to all persons and companies that use the Web portal. By using the Web portal, the User agrees to these terms.

2.1. Scope of service

• The Web portal provides a platform for publishing, browsing and searching real estate market data. The service includes data for both private and business purposes.

2.2. Registration and account creation

• To see more data, a user account is required. When creating an account, the User must provide complete and truthful information.

2.3. Service limitations

• The Web portal relies on public sources and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data.

3.1. User rights

• The User has the right to browse, search and use the information published in the portal about real estate data.
• The User has the right to view personal data in account settings and change it if necessary.

3.2. User obligations

• Provide only true and complete information during registration.
• Use the Web portal responsibly and not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
• Respect all applicable laws and do not use the Web portal for illegal or malicious purposes.

3.3. Prohibited activities

• Using copyright-protected materials without proper permission.
• Aggregating or unlawfully using data found in the portal.

All Web portal content (text, graphics, design and other material) belongs to the portal owner or is licensed under applicable copyright laws. A User who uploads content to the portal grants the Web portal a non-exclusive, free and transferable license to use, distribute and modify the content in line with the service purpose.

5.1. Fees for data access

• Access to certain data may be paid. The exact price list and payment terms are provided in a separate pricing document.

5.2. Payment terms

• The User agrees to pay for data access according to the price list. Prepaid sums are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6.1. General exclusion of liability

• The Web portal is provided "as is" and "as available". The Web portal does not guarantee uninterrupted service, security or accuracy.

6.2. External factors

• The Web portal is not liable for technical issues, viruses, incorrect data or third-party actions that may affect the information published in the portal.

6.3. User liability

• The User is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they publish and agrees to compensate the Web portal for any damages caused.

7.1. Agreement validity

• This agreement takes effect when the User joins the portal and remains in force until terminated by one of the parties.

7.2. Account suspension and termination

• The Web portal has the right to restrict or suspend the User's access if the User violates these terms. Prepaid fees are not refunded upon account termination.

7.3. Extraordinary termination

• The Web portal may terminate the agreement without prior notice if the User's behavior threatens service security or violates essential terms.

8.1. Changes to terms

• The Web portal reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication in the portal.
